Be on the shortlist before the foundation is poured.
The contractor books cement, steel and ready-mix soon after a project starts, and rarely switches once the site is running. On our own sites that order goes out in the first weeks. The supplier who is on the shortlist then keeps the pours.
Who decides
Your window opens in the first weeks.
Grades are set by the structural engineer at design stage. Purchase runs from the foundation through the structure, roughly months 1 to 8 of a typical Delhi residential rebuild. The calendar is indicative; every site differs.
| Trade | Specified | Purchased |
|---|---|---|
| Building materials | months 0 to 1 | months 1 to 8 |
| Equipment and machinery | no specification stage | months 0 to 9 |
| Site services and compliance | no specification stage | months 0 to 4 |
| MEP and building systems | months 0 to 3 | months 5 to 12 |
| Hardware and fittings | months 0 to 3 | months 7 to 14 |
| Woodwork and joinery | months 1 to 4 | months 7 to 15 |
| Interiors and finishes | months 2 to 7 | months 10 to 17 |

Radius from your plant
Every new project within your delivery radius, sorted by plot size, so the biggest pours come first.
Large-plot alerts
A daily alert for plots above a size you set, say 300 m², where volumes justify a site visit.
Engineer relationships
Rank structural engineers by projects in your areas. One engineer can set the grade on dozens of pours a year.

How soon after a project appears does construction start?
It varies. Many residential rebuilds mobilise within weeks; larger and commercial projects can take months. Every site shows its project age, so you can prioritise.
Can I estimate volumes per site?
Plot area and building use are shown for every site. We do not estimate quantities; your estimator will do that better from the plot size and use.
Do you show the contractor?
For private plots we show the key stakeholders, such as the architect and structural engineer. Contractors with public contract wins are covered by awards intelligence, which is in early access.
